All services at Undo Skincare & Wellness Center begin with a complimentary consultation. The consultation allows us to get to know you and to educate you about a service or services enabling you to make an educated decision.

A $35.00 booking fee is required to confirm the consultation appointment.

The consultation is designed for us to get to know you and to educate you about the considered service, enabling you to make an educated decision.

When you complete the consultation and proceed, the booking fee is applied to the cost of the treatment. If you choose not to proceed with a treatment, the consultation booking fee will be refunded.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours prior and the booking fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued on cancellations less than 48 hours or for missed appointments.
